The Group

Many parents enjoy the informal group discussion aspect of the classes the most. I provide a welcoming, supportive and nurturing environment for open discussion around many areas of parenting, not only baby care and baby massage. Topics arise amongst the group, on the day and can include: the challenges of becoming a new parent, the expectation you experience, traumatic delivery, isolation at home as well as feeding and sleeping issues. These are just a few examples. Each person in the group is valuable, and we often learn the most from listening to each other, being able to share our own experiences and feeling heard and supported.

The Dojo is a very special building, it is tranquil, serene and peaceful with a calm and relaxing feel. The room is large, light and airy, and easily heated in the winter. All the facilities are excellent and it really is the perfect place to learn to massage your baby.

I look forward to welcoming you and your baby or babies.
